1.      This class is set up in learning modules and requires that supervisors check with the employee after each module is completed. here is a short quiz adminis-tered after each module.

2.      Class completion increases organizational understanding and helps answer questions that new employees generally have.

3.      After all modules are completed, the employee and supervisor sign off on a form that is sent to Human Resources for retention in the employee’s file.

4.      Supervisors also work with their new employees as they take the class. his is important to ensure that accurate learning is being transferred.

5.      After three months, the employees are surveyed to check for retention and understanding of the content that is presented in the onboarding class
